Building Your .NET 3.0 Environment
In Nov 06, the .NET 3.0 framework and many of the components required to build on .NET 3.0 RTM-ed (final release). Here are the links to the bits you need to use or build .NET 3.0 apps. As of Jan 2007, the only bit that is still CTP (not RTM) is the designer tools for WCF / WPF.
